When wind blows from the south, the weather's nastier. Raining, cold.

Yesterday i went to the State Museum, which is very well done.

Then today i took a city bus, then walked in the last 1.5mi to Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center.

The forests are dense, and here the floor is completely covered by spongey growth, exactly like carpet.
